Laura and Dominick: A Contemporary Rustic Wedding at The Angus Barn

Laura and Dominick were married this past spring with a beautiful ceremony and reception at the Angus Barn. What is particularly unique about their wedding was that neither one had connections to the Triangle area! Laura and Dominick met while attending the London School of Business but, were from different states and had attended different undergrad schools. In addition they had made friends all across the US and abroad, so they were looking for a location that would be not only beautiful but, also easy for travel. So, Raleigh was it!

The color palette of soft greens, pinks, and whites was perfect for spring! Tre Bella Florist provided soft and romantic flowers which perfectly complimented the rustic elements. Laura found adorable wood slabs for the name cards on Etsy and her parents made the chicken wire frame for the seating chart and drove it all the way from Montana! After the ceremony guests enjoyed cocktails on the patio and then moved inside for dinner and fun! DJ Steve Stowe of Bunn DJ kept the guests partying on the dance floor while Zim Zoom kept people smiling and laughing in the photo booth!
