I am so excited to share Erin and Mike’s wedding at the Cotton Room in Durham. When I first met Erin and Mike they were living in Charlotte and moving to the Triangle area for Mike’s grad school. They were completely open to having the wedding anywhere in the Triangle. When we visited the Cotton Room they knew it was a perfect fit. For the design Erin chose shades of purple, green, and white with silver accents. Tre Bella created amazing centerpieces incorporating Southern touches with silver lanterns and mint julep cups. And since Erin is from New Orléans the fleur-de-lis was used in everything from the invitations to the cake. Along with the saying, “Laissez les bons temps rouler, ” meaning, “Let the good times roll!” And they certainly did with Fantasy Band rocking the crowd. It was such a pleasure working with a couple so full of joy and love. Enjoy the pictures and get inspired!
