I am thrilled to share Diane and Rob’s wedding from September. After 16 years of dating the couple decided to share their commitment with an intimate group of family and friends in Durham.
The overall theme of the wedding was Durham meets New Orleans. Indigo Envelope did a great job of incorporating this theme in every piece of print and won the Triangle NACE Best Print Collateral for 2012!
After a beautiful ceremony on the front porch of the historic Greystone Inn a reception followed at The Trotter Building downtown. Durham Catering provided an incredible menu of fried green tomato and pimento cheese sliders, mini chicken and waffles, and oysters on the half shell followed by a three course dinner which included fresh, local ingredients. As a special surprise for their guests, Diane and Rob brought their favorite jazz musician, Kermit Ruffins, all the way from New Orleans! One of the best details were the favors, replica Bull Durham tobacco bags filled with pralines.
Diane and Rob had a wedding to remember, I am so honored to have been a part of such a special event.
